Meet Rochelle A. Riggins
​Rochelle A. Riggins has dedicated much of her life to serving her community and advocating for positive change. From her early years as a dedicated Girl Scout to her tenure as Youth Director, Rochelle has always been deeply involved in initiatives aimed at empowering individuals of all ages. Her commitment to community service was evident even in her teenage years when she took on the role of Church Typist, demonstrating both responsibility and leadership at a young age. As she grew, so did her passion for activism, which manifested in various forms, including her involvement in Junior Achievement and her role as a choreographer and instructor for the Community Inspirational Dance Group. Through these experiences, Rochelle developed a profound understanding of the importance of grassroots efforts in effecting meaningful change.
Rochelle's educational journey reflects her dedication to personal growth and empowerment. She earned her Associate Degree in Business Administration from St. Louis Community College at Forest Park and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating Cum Laude, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence and lifelong learning. Her academic background equipped her with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of community activism and advocacy effectively.
As an activist, Rochelle has been a vocal advocate for youth, teens, adults, and seniors alike. Her advocacy work extends beyond age demographics, encompassing a wide range of issues that impact her community, including education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.
